Five planes, should have been six take part in the Fly Uk trip. Lost one plane on day 1 to a beach landing. Made number one rock, Cape Wrath and the Orkneys before falling foul of the weather.
The WFAeC organised a trip to the Blackforest, 12 planes went on the trip, 9 fixed wing and 3 flexed wings. Some of us decided to carry on a bit further rather than come home early and headed south and into the French Alps. Some lovely shots of Annecy and surrounding countryside...
The annual FLY-UK trip organised by Tom Dawson. We started the day after the official start date so had to do a bit of catching up to do. We left Elm Farm on Saturday morning and made Perth in three stops.
Hunsden held a memeoriaql service for the unveiling of a monument to the men who died while based at the airfield during WW11. The BBMF were in attendance as were a variety of WW11 vehicles.
A fly-out to L2K by a combined group from EMC and Stoke Microlight Club all rang in sick and decided to head to L2K for the day....the photos speak for themselves.......
