Community Access

Professional-grade evidence analysis should not only be available to organisations with professional-grade budgets.

Evidence grew out of a real community planning problem. BigBlueYonder AI was built around a simple principle: help level access to the evidence.

Evidence does not take sides.

Community Access is available to qualifying groups whether they support a proposal, oppose it, are undecided, or are simply trying to understand the evidence.

Evidence interrogates the documentary record. It does not advocate a predetermined position.

What access can help establish

What the documents actually say
What supports a proposition
What conflicts
What important evidence may be missing
Eligibility

For genuine community bodies working with significant evidence.

Examples include parish or community groups, residents' associations, neighbourhood planning groups, and recognised local community organisations.

Access is discretionary, reviewed and approved by BigBlueYonder AI. It is not automatically granted.

How Community Access works

1Apply
2BigBlueYonder AI reviews eligibility
3Approved organisation receives access
4Purchase prepaid Evidence research credits
5Upload and research the evidence

Transparent access and capacity.

Community Access has no normal commercial platform subscription. Users purchase prepaid Evidence research and processing credits; there is no automatic monthly subscription, unlimited free usage, or automatic overdraft. Exact credit pricing can be confirmed at approval and onboarding.

Community organisations may use an approved organisation or personal email address where appropriate.

Community Access uses shared platform capacity. During periods of high demand, commercial customer research receives scheduling priority, so Community Access research may be queued until capacity becomes available.

Your existing documents and completed research remain available while queued work waits for capacity.
